A fence also requires regular maintenance. For cleaning, it is best to use pure water, possibly with a small amount of pH-neutral agents, and soft, non-abrasive cloths. Scratching or abrasive agents and solvent-based cleaners should be avoided.

We generally do not film profiles; this is not part of our understanding of quality. All our wood decorations on the aluminum profiles are manufactured using the sublimation process. This corresponds to the current top production level.

Our wood decorations are based on the natural model. Deviations in grain and color may occur; this is desirable. This can be the case, especially with additional deliveries.

Basically, you can order the desired fence elements from us to measure. With appropriate sawing tools, it is of course possible to subsequently shorten filling elements or posts (system profiles). Please feel free to contact us for details.

Required mounting accessories such as connectors or tension groove stones will be displayed directly to you in the convenient online configurator and placed in your materials list when you plan your desired fence or privacy screen. One of the strengths of the VALU system profiles is that fillings can be replaced at any time, e.g. if you want to try something new in terms of design or material. For budgetary reasons, customers often initially choose a cheaper filling profile option in order to achieve their personal premium look years later with the same aluminum posts. Subsequent expansions are also possible at any time, as the system is highly flexible, even with the chosen materials.

Nothing lasts forever. Material is subject to site or environmental influences such as UV radiation, or saline environments. If you have any questions, our team of consultants is happy to assist you. We can also recommend various color refreshers if you notice a color change after years.

Subsequent deliveries will always show slight color variations. The colors change due to natural influences on your existing privacy screen or fence system. The extent of the situation cannot be stated in general terms. They are not entitled to colorfastness upon delivery to existing facilities.
